Mahindra Lifespaces has constantly been innovating through its
landmark creations. This has seen the company introduce to India
its first Green residential buildings, adhering to IGBC(Indian
Green Building Council) "Green Home" rating system. These

Mahindra Lifespaces has launched a new project Mahindra Chloris.
Mahindra Chloris offers 3 & 4 Bedroom Apartments having excellent
amenities multi purpose hall, gym, library, table tennis, pool,
table, card room, carom, chess & tv room & pantry area, daily
utility shop swimming pool, kid’s play area, badminton court half
basket ball court, amphitheater ramp for wheel chair, dhobi area in

- Innovative erosion and sedimentation coupled with rain water harvesting & storm water management to recharge the ground water.
- An in-house STP (Sewage Treatment Plan) to reuse the wastewater generated from the buildings for gardening purpose.
